“Candidate”; “User”; “You” and “Your” mean any person registering with us or purchasing any of our services to assist with your job search.

“Employer”; “User”; “You” and “Your” mean any person, company, organisation or firm which purchases services from us to assist your recruitment needs. 

This website is owned and operated by the “GDG Professionals” company and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the website and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

General Terms 

The use of materials and services of the website is governed by the applicable legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic. 

User agrees not to post on the website the information, which can be considered as violating the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic or international law, including in the area of ​​intellectual property rights, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to irregularities of operation and services of the website. 
 
The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. All fields must correspond to their name and meaning and must be filled in accordance with the spelling rules without further cuts. 

In accordance with your candidate or employer profiles and vacancy you must select the category in which information will be posted. Selected categories must comply with: job preferences, vacancy title, duties of the employee and field of activity of the company. 

Posting of the information that contradicts the law and advertisements offering a job in the following areas: 

• Gambling business, gambling games and entertainment;
• Jobs related with manufacturing, sale and advertising of alcohol and tobacco products;
• Pyramid investment schemes;
• Religious sects, the occult and erotic services;
• Writing of graduation work, term thesis, examination work and etc.;
• Earnings in the Internet, e-mail processing, distribution of bulk e-mails;
• Network marketing, direct sales.
• Advertise goods and services.

Kandidat.az administration closely monitors published material and reserves the right to remove any profile or vacancy which violates these terms and conditions. 

Kandidat.az administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements and promotional materials, as well as for unreliability of contact or other information specified. 

All disputes arising from or related to these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic. 

Invalidating or recognition as unenforceable any provision hereof by the court shall not invalidate other provisions of these Rules. 

The information and services available on the website are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the website for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the website. All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the website and the material available on the site belong to Kandidat.az. Use of the website does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials. 

Kandidat.az will permit the Candidate and Employer to access, use and interact with each other and with our website subject to these terms and conditions. Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this website. 

These terms will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of any Kandidat.az website. Even after You are no longer a User of the Kandidat.az website or You have deactivated your account, certain provisions of these terms will remain in effect. We may terminate, suspend or deny you access to the website and/or services immediately for any reason without incurring any liability whatsoever to you. 

Where you are asked to complete a registration form the personal details that you provide must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to notify us of any changes which are relevant to your registration. Kandidat.az administration is not responsible for the content of profile and vacancy forms, as well as for unreliability of contact or other information specified. 

Your personal data will be collected and processed by Kandidat.az in accordance with its privacy policy. You hereby agree to these terms in our privacy policy by your agreement to the terms and conditions We will take reasonable steps to provide a reliable service to you. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any of the profiles and vacancies stored in our system. You acknowledge and accept that this is beyond our control, and refunds cannot be given in the event of untruthful information being submitted by Candidates or Employers. 

We do not guarantee any response to your profile, vacancy or advertisement or that responses will be from candidates or employers suitable for the aim of the publication. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that Candidates have the required qualifications and personal characteristics, as well as that vacancies publishes have the required duties and corresponding financial rewards. Refunds cannot be given in the event of any disputes between Candidates and Employers and this is not managed by Kandidat.az administration. 

We will not monitor any applications for vacancies on the behalf of Employers and we will not monitor any contacts made by Employers on the behalf of Candidates. This is responsibility of website users. 

Current terms and conditions of all our services for Employers and Candidates, as well as employer payment plans are placed on the relevant pages of this website. Kandidat.az administration reserves the right to amend any term and condition for any service or payment plan without notifying Users. However all active services and payment plans will be under terms and conditions applicable at a time of purchase. This will be effective till expiry of service or payment plan current usage duration. 

We also reserve the right to deny service to the employers that repeatedly fail or are unable to meet fair employment standards and to those involved in illegal operations. 

Payment Terms

• You agree to pay the entire amount of the service prior to the commencement of the service (unless an alternative payment structure is agreed with us). You agree that payments will be made by one of the options available on this website. You acknowledge and agree that in the event of failure by you, or the person with whom responsibility lies for payment of such transactions, that we may terminate your services immediately.
• Prices for Employer and Candidate services, as well as employer payment plans are placed on the relevant pages of this website.
• Kandidat.az administration reserves the right to amend prices for any service or payment plan without notifying Users. However all active services and payment plans will be under payment terms applicable at a time of purchase. This will be effective till expiry of service or payment plan current usage duration.

Privacy Policy 

Kandidat.az endeavors to ensure that the information that you submit to us remains private, and that it is used only for the purposes described below. We aim to provide a safe and secure experience for all of our users. 

When you register to our website your details, including your CV (if you choose to upload it), can be made available for searching, viewing over the Internet and downloading (if they use one of the employer payment plans or “Find candidate” service) by any employer, direct recruiter, employment consultant or other person or organisation . We attempt to verify the identity and the nature of the business of such organisations however does not make any warranties as to their authenticity. 

Your personal information 

When you register with us, we will collect personal information from you, such as your name, contact details, and other details. Once you register with us and accept our Terms and Conditions, you are not anonymous to us. We may use information that you provide to alert you to our own products and services. We may contact you regarding website changes or changes to our products or services that you use. 

Disclosure of personal information 

When you register, we store some information about you in your profile, but it is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you. You can deactivate your profile at any time. Your CV (if you choose to upload it) will be not accessible to any Kandidat.az customer, unless they use one of the employer payment plans or “Find Candidate” service.
